Accurate budgeting	based on close liaison with suppliers and contractors
Procurement	selection of best suppliers for materials e.g. pipe and pipe fittings, turbines
Construction phase	overseeing contracts and contractors, ensuring they have all necessary information and deliver to correct standards and timelines
Telecoms connections	ordering phone lines, coordinating with Openreach to minimise installation costs etc. (trust us, this can be a serious headache!)
Meter operator	selection of provider, coordination of installation and commissioning
Power Purchase Agreements (PPA)	securing competitive quotations from suppliers and selecting best offer based on price and service
CDM	coordination of project to comply with relevant health and safety regulations
Grid connections	challenging DNO costs and designs, arranging alternative rotues (e.g. appointment of contestables contractor)
Legals	advice on gaining wayleaves/easements and leases with landowners
Accreditation	managing the process and providing all necessary information to quality for Feed in Tariffs and other programmes
